Description of Courses:

All courses begin with a discourse on theory and daily objectives, as well as a briefing on the rules for secure participation.  Later, after the practical part of the lesson, instructors talk with the students to pinpoint sensations, solve problems, and verify their progress.

The student will discover the marine surroundings of Lecques Gulf.

Each participant will be taught how to prepare and put away their equipment, how to take off and come back from the departure area, manage the sport apparatus, and how to master its balance, the wind, and waves.

Recommended Equipment:

Sunglasses, closed-toe shoes, a T-shirt, sunscreen, a windbreaker in case of rain or strong wind, and ties to put up long hair
